The Adidas Gauntlet AAU circuit was in Indianapolis last weekend. Below are videos from that event of class of 2020 Indiana basketball recruiting targets Anthony Leal, Zach Loveday and Keon Johnson.
ANTHONY LEAL
Leal is a 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Bloomington, Indiana. According to the 247Sports Composite, Leal is ranked 82nd overall in the country (No. 20 shooting guard), and first in the state of Indiana.
The Bloomington South High School product has offers from Butler, Stanford, Northwestern and others. IU has not yet offered Leal.
ZACH LOVEDAY
Loveday is a 7-foot-0 center from Gallipolis, Ohio. He played his high school basketball at Huntington Prep this past season. According to the 247Sports Composite, Loveday is the 52nd ranked player in the 2020 class (No. 8 center).
Indiana offered Loveday during the summer of 2018 and has a growing pool of competitors that includes Louisville, Ohio State and others. The IU staff continues to be in contact according to multiple outlets.
KEON JOHNSON
Johnson is 6-foot-5 shooting guard and a Tennessee native. According to the 247Sports Composite, Johnson is ranked as the 32nd best player in the class of 2020 (No. 7 shooting guard).
Indiana has not offered Johnson although they have been in contact according to multiple outlets and he has been on campus at IU in connection with last year’s team camp.
The Hoosiers have substantial competition in the south for Johnson.
