Indiana will face Louisville on Wednesday Nov. 27 in their first of three games at the Battle 4 Atlantis on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The game will mark the second meeting in two years involving the border schools.  IU defeated Louisville 74-66 last November at the Empire Classic in New York.  The Cardinals hired Cincinnati native Pat Kelsey to be their new head coach during the offseason. As we’ve shared in recent days, preseason computer projections haven’t been friendly to IU football. ESPN’s SP+ and FPI both say the Hoosiers are the worst team in the 18-team Big Ten Conference as we get set to kick off the 2024 campaign. Donaven McCulley was one of Curt Cignetti’s biggest wins in the transfer portal this offseason. Memorial Stadium had humble beginnings when it opened in 1960.  It wasn’t much more than a set of east and west grandstands facing one another, with not much else to speak of in the area.
