The revolving door that is Juan Harris’ Indiana football career has taken another turn this week, but this one will likely be the last. In fact, with 14:50 left on the first quarter clock, it was the fastest IU score ever at Memorial Stadium. “I thought it was very important to start fast, and obviously we did,” head…

Indiana returns to action after a bye week, and waiting for them is a team that appears to be in complete disarray. Rutgers fired its head coach two weeks ago and his since seen personnel issues all while losing their last four games by an average score of 40-6. IU isn’t in a position to take any opponent lightly, but Saturday’s matchup with the Scarlet Knights should be about as easy as it gets — at least by Big Ten standards. As it stands, Rob Phinisee will be the only true point guard on Indiana’s roster for the 2020-21 season. While there has been talk of moving junior guard Al Durham into some primary ball handling duties, that is more work-in-process than proven commodity at this point. With offers outstanding to class of 2020 point guards Hassan Diarra, Andre Curbelo and Carter Whitt, the IU coaching staff has attempted to address next year’s perceived void at the one. But those offers come with a potential risk. Are you creating a situation on your roster that becomes less than desirable for the…
