Class of 2025 priority IU basketball target Trent Sisley hasn’t come out and announced a list of final schools just yet. But the perceived list of his top options hasn’t wavered much over the last year. All the signs going back to last summer were that Indiana, Purdue, Notre Dame and Michigan State were the top players for the Santa Claus, Ind. (Heritage Hills H.S.) product. As we reported earlier this month, Sisley will take an official visit to Indiana on the weekend of Sept. 20, along with his Indiana Elite AAU teammates Malachi Moreno and Braylon Mullins. On Tuesday,…

One of the many things expected to change at Indiana under the direction of new head coach Curt Cignetti was the football uniforms. And the multi-year tribute to the Bill Mallory era appears to be a thing of the past. In photos released by the IU football program this week on its social media accounts, the black details from recent years are gone. Instead, under Cignetti, Indiana is opting for a clean all red and white look. Cignetti has suggested several times since he was hired by IU he believes having the state in the school name matters.  And…

Quick, when is the last time you’ve seen an IU basketball player wear jersey number 8 or 9? It’s been a minute or two. In fact, most of you have never seen that. A year ago the NCAA did away with a decades old restriction on what jersey numbers college basketball players can wear.  Beginning with the 2023-24 season, players were allowed to wear any number from 0 to 99. But no one on Indiana’s team jumped in to claim one of the new options a year ago. For 2024-25, two numbers will be dusted off and worn for the…

Saturday marked the first day college basketball staffs could make direct contact with players in the class of 2026 — rising high school juniors. With first the transfer portal and now the class of 2025 taking precedence at the moment, this group hasn’t received a ton of publicity to this point. But that will gradually change in the months to come. We’ve already reported on several 2026 players, including the 12 IU has offered in the class thus far. For IU’s list of offers, you can always check THIS PAGE, which is updated regularly and can be found on the…

We’ll often let you know in this space and/or on social media when a member of the IU basketball coaching staff is watching a recruiting prospect. And when Indiana sends the full staff to watch or meet with a player it seems particularly notable. But on Saturday the Hoosiers capitalized on their home court advantage — and they just kept filing in to watch. Class of 2025 high priority in-state recruiting targets Trent Sisley and Braylon Mullins headlined Mike Woodson’s team camp over the weekend at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall and Cook Hall. And the marquee matchup of the day…

Indiana football’s recruiting class of 2025 is quite fluid at the moment. Defensive back Chris McCorkle, who was one of the top verbal commits in IU’s rising senior class, announced on Sunday evening he’s no longer committed to play for IU. The Florida-based safety has maintained an active recruitment since his April verbal to the Hoosiers.  He was at Michigan State for a visit this weekend. McCorkle is the second player in the last week to decommit, following Travares Daniels. Formerly the second-highest ranked player in IU’s class, McCorkle is the No. 499 overall prospect and No. 48 corner in…

Fogle averaged 31.4 points, 9.7 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game his junior season at Anacortes H.S. in Anacortes, Wash.…
