The Indiana football program and head coach Curt Cignetti formally announced 31 newcomers have joined the program on campus to start the spring semester. The new group includes 17 transfers and 14 freshmen who will participate in winter conditioning and spring practice. Seven additional freshmen will join the program in the summer, for a total of 38 new additions for the 2025 season thus far. More players could be added when the transfer portal reopens in the spring. In all, IU signed 19 players on offense, 17 on defense and two specialists.
