Indiana women’s basketball will be featured in the Big Ten Conference television package 16 times this season, the Big Ten announced on Tuesday afternoon. The Hoosiers will play across four different networks including Big Ten Network, FOX, FS1 and Peacock. They will appear on a national broadcast on FOX twice this season, five times on BTN, seven times on Peacock and once on FS1. Indiana has fired offensive coordinator Walt Bell, IU Athletics announced on Sunday afternoon. Rod Carey will step into the role without an interim tag. Indiana running back and kick returner Jaylin Lucas was profiled on the Big Ten Network’s series “The Journey.” As a true freshman, Lucas was named a first-team All-America kick returner by multiple outlets, and he was named Big Ten Rodgers-Dwight Return Specialist of the Year. Through four games in 2023, Lucas has 42 carries for 184 yards and two touchdowns, 15 receptions for 138 yards and a score, six kick returns for 102 yards, and five punt returns for 34 yards.
