The Big Ten Network’s Dave Revsine, Howard Griffith and Gerry DiNardo is in the process of spending a day at each of the 14 Big Ten football fall camps this month. They stopped in Bloomington on Saturday to spend a day inside Memorial Stadium. From consensus first team All-American to a four-year NBA contract, it’s been a whirlwind year for Trayce Jackson-Davis. It’s difficult to imagine Tom Allen pouring all of his seemingly limitless energy into debits and credits, but that’s the path he was on as he went off to college after graduating from New Castle H.S. in 1988. The son of a football coach, Allen says he went to college with the idea of majoring in accounting, but quickly pivoted to education after a year.
