The Big Ten released its slate of men’s basketball opponents for each team for the upcoming 2025-26 season on Tuesday.
Dates, times, and TV information will be announced at a later date. But Indiana now knows which teams will come to Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall next year, and which road atmospheres Darian DeVries will have to battle in his first Big Ten season.
One of the main highlights of IU’s slate is the program’s first trip to Los Angeles to play both USC and UCLA since December 1960. The Hoosiers have their usual home-and-home rivalry against Purdue. But Michigan State is back on the schedule as a double-play opponent for the first time in three years, and this will be just the second time in five seasons IU and MSU play twice. Indiana’s other double-play opponent, Minnesota, creates two matchups between first-year coaches in DeVries and Niko Medved.
Here is the full list of Indiana’s home, away, and double-play opponents for 2025-26.
Home only: Iowa, Nebraska, Northwestern, Oregon, Penn State, Washington, Wisconsin
Away only: Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio State, Rutgers, UCLA, USC
Double play: Michigan State, Minnesota, Purdue
