The Big Ten Network is releasing condensed 10 to 15 minute cuts of Big Ten basketball games from the 2021-22 season, and we will share some of the more Indiana memorable wins.
Next up was a victory of Notre Dame at the final Crossroads Classic in Indianapolis, and this particular version is a full length cut with all the commercials and stopped clocks eliminated.
The Hoosiers held Notre Dame to 36 percent shooting from the field and forced 14 Irish turnovers. Notre Dame was only able to generate five assists on the afternoon, and they were just 4-of-22 on 3-pointers.
Indiana star forwards Trayce Jackson-Davis and Race Thompson had a combined 28 points on 10-of-16 shooting. Notre Dame couldn’t focus exclusively on IU’s big men because the Hoosiers were knocking down shots from three. IU made 8-of-20 from long range on the day.
