Gannon is a member of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference and was 11-18 last season.
Gannon Coach Kelvin Jefferson is in his first year with the Golden Knights. He came to GU from Old Dominion where he was an assistant for three seasons.
Golden Knight guard Matt Johnson (21) was a teammate of IU forward Justin Smith at Adlai Stevenson High School in the Chicago area.
The Hoosiers are 26-0 against non-Division I teams in exhibition play since 2004-05.
All of the games have been played in Bloomington and 14 of those victories have come against schools from Indiana.
