The legendary voice of IU Athletics Don Fischer joined a group of his colleagues in the college sports radio business to discuss how they got their breaks in the business and some early embarrassing moments.
Fischer discussed he favorite memory at IU, how he had to lie to get his first job in sports radio, and the big mistake he repeatedly made during his first ever IU broadcast.
Don Fischer has been the radio voice of Indiana University football and men’s basketball since the 1973-74 school year.
