Former IU quarterback Trent Green joined long-time NFL kicker Morten Andersen on the Great Dane Nation podcast.
Green discusses a number of topics including his time at IU, his NFL playing and broadcasting careers, his role in Kurt Warner’s career, his son’s college careers, and much more.
Green was a co-captain and IU’s Most Valuable Player in 1992. He was a member of three bowl teams while at IU, the Liberty Bowl, Peach Bowl, and Copper Bowl. Green is eighth all-time at IU with 2,627 passing yards in 1991 and ranks 8th on the career list with 5,400 yards. He set the total offense record at the time in 1991 with 2,829 yards and is 8th on the career list with 5,916 yards.
Green played quarterback in the NFL for 15 years.
