IU basketball stars collided when A.J. Guyton interviewed Jared Jeffries on the House of Hoosier podcast.
Jeffries started in all 70 games that he appeared in for IU during the 2000-01 and 2001-02 seasons.
A key player in IU’s run to the 2002 title game, Jeffries reached 1,008 points in just two seasons. He was the 2002 Big Ten Player of the Year after averaging 15 points and 7.6 rebounds per contest.
Jeffries went on to play in the NBA for 11 years.
