Indiana will be down three guards when they play Purdue on Friday evening.
Kanaan Carlyle, Jakai Newton and Gabe Cupps are all listed as out on the Big Ten available report ahead of the game.
Carlyle has been a regular contributor off the bench this season, while Cupps and Newton have played only sparingly.
A transfer from Stanford, Carlyle is averaging 4.6 points and shooting 29.2% from the field this season.
The bulk of the minutes at guard will rest with Myles Rice, Trey Galloway and Anthony Leal for the Hoosiers.
