It will be a rematch in Chicago, and perhaps with the big dance on the line.
Indiana (17-14, 8-12) and Ohio State (18-13, 8-12) will meet again on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. Eastern at the United Center in Chicago.
Both teams are considered to be on the bubble of the NCAA Tournament.
The Hoosiers are the No. 9 seed in the conference tournament, and the Buckeyes, No. 8. The winner will face Michigan State on Friday.
The teams met on February 10 in a game that went down to the wire in Bloomington. The Buckeyes won the game 55-52, but the teams have gone in different directions since then.
IU has won four games in a row to close out the regular season while OSU has lost six of eight since that meeting with Indiana back in February.
A major factor in Ohio State’s recent poor play has been the suspension of forward Kaleb Wesson.
The 6-foot-9 270 pound Wesson averages 14.6 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
His status for the Big Ten Tournament is uncertain.
