Indiana will once again be playing without Xavier Johnson when the Hoosiers face Penn State on Saturday (Noon ET, FS1).
The sixth-year guard was listed as OUT against the Nittany Lions on the Big Ten’s availability report. Johnson suffered an elbow injury in connection with a hard fall to the floor on Tuesday against Iowa.
Sophomore forward Malik Reneau was listed as questionable. He emerged from the tunnel for pregame warmups in uniform and appears ready to play. He has an ankle injury suffered against Iowa on Tuesday.
Penn State’s Kanye Clary will also be out on Saturday. He is their leading scorer, averaging 18.2 points.
