Indiana continues to look to the Peach State for prospects in the class of 2023.
The latest Georgia resident to land an IU offer is 6-foot-3 Norcross, Georgia point guard London Johnson.

According to a report by Trent Markwith of Relentless Hoops, IU head coach Mike Woodson was in Georgia this weekend and he watched Johnson, who has been compiling offers in recent weeks. It wasn’t the first time that IU had been down to watch Johnson, as assistant coach Yasir Rosemond has been paying close attention recently.
According to Rivals, Johnson is a 4-star prospect and the No. 44 overall player in the class of 2023. He is a scoring point guard who can take over games, and Johnson also buys in on the defensive end.
Johnson transferred from Comenius School in Fort Mill, S.C. to Norcross for his sophomore season. He led the Blue Devils to a 21-8 campaign in 2020-21. For AAU he plays with Game Elite on the Adidas Circuit.
His growing offer list includes Georgia, Georgia Tech, Xavier, Georgetown, Houston, Memphis, Pitt, Auburn, Ole Miss, VCU, Clemson, NC State, Alabama, Florida, Cincinnati and others.
Led by assistant coach Yasir Rosemond, IU has now offered three from Georgia’s 2023 class. Johnson joins Coen Carr and Jakai Newton.
Interesting side note: In this story Johnson says he is close with 2022 IU target Jalen Hood-Schifino.
