Fall senior year official visit season is here, so it’s time to take a look at where things stand with Indiana’s main targets in the recruiting class of 2025.
At this point, we’re including seven high school seniors on IU’s list of priority targets.
Below is key information on each player, and our read on where things stand.
(click each name for comprehensive coverage of the player)
Height: 6-6
Position: Combo guard/wing
School/Hometown: La Lumiere / Fishers, Ind.
AAU Team: Indy Heat (Nike)
Competition: Auburn, Duke, Gonzaga, Kansas, Michigan St., Missouri, Notre Dame, and Purdue (final nine)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 10 (5-star)
IU OFFICIAL VISIT — August 31
TIMELINE — Fall / November early signing period
WHERE THINGS STAND: Indiana’s full staff has been after Haralson for a long time. And now the time has come for his senior year official visit to Bloomington next weekend. While Haralson has a top-nine, his real list of finalists is a bit shorter. He has a total of six visits scheduled, and Michigan State, Notre Dame and Kansas are likely the biggest threats. While we won’t call Indiana the favorite here, we think the Hoosiers have as good of a chance as anyone to land the 5-star. The staff will no doubt run the Jalen Hood-Schifino film and let the current guards make plays at practice during his visit.
Height: 6-7
Position: Small forward / combo forward
School/Hometown: Montverde Academy / Santa Claus, Ind.
AAU Team: Indiana Elite (Adidas)
Competition: Purdue, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Iowa (final five)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 75 (4-star)
IU OFFICIAL VISIT — September 20
TIMELINE — Fall / November early signing period
WHERE THINGS STAND: The Sisley family is an IU family, and if that were a major factor in this recruitment, it would have been over a long time ago. But as we’ve written many times, they are a basketball family first and foremost, and they’ve narrowed a basketball decision down to just a handful of schools. If the IU staff can convince Sisley he can thrive in Bloomington in a combo-forward role like Big Ten Freshman of the Year Mackenzie Mgbako, they’ll increase their chances. We’d put this one in the same place as Haralson — a tough, competitive recruitment, but IU enters visit season with as good of a chance as anyone.
Height: 6-5
Position: Shooting guard
School: Greenfield Central / Greenfield, Ind.
AAU Team: Indiana Elite (Adidas)
Competition: Duke, Michigan, UConn, Tennessee, Kentucky and North Carolina
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 26 (4-star)
IU OFFICIAL VISIT — September 20
TIMELINE — Fall / November early signing period
WHERE THINGS STAND: Mullins’ recruitment grew at warp speed over the spring and summer, but things are starting to come into focus. A top-10 now appears to be a top-7, with Purdue, Alabama and Kansas not getting fall visits. Considered by many to be the best shooter in the class, and in an era when shooters are as coveted as ever, this is an incredibly competitive situation. Mullins told Travis Graf of Made Hoops he visited IU recently and they’re emphasizing to him a new guard focused offense. Will that be enough to keep him in the state? Indiana is going to get their chance to make a final push in a visit that will include Sisley. But save perhaps for Tennessee, all of the other schools involved are real threats.
Height: 6-9
Position: Power forward
School / Hometown: Overtime Elite / Atlanta, Ga.
AAU Team: Atlanta Xpress (UAA)
Competition: Kansas, Providence, Auburn, Georgia Tech
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 14 (5-star)
IU OFFICIAL VIST — December, 2023
TIMELINE — To be determined.
WHERE THINGS STAND: In a national 247Sports report this week, Tiller said he has visits to Auburn and Georgia Tech coming up in the fall. At this point, it appears those two schools, along with Kansas and Providence are the biggest competition for IU. He will have visited all of those schools after the fall visits. Indiana seems like a lock to be in Tiller’s group of finalists. Some national outlets like Kansas. But this has been and continues to be a tough recruitment to read.

Height: 6-3
Position: Point guard
School / Hometown: DME Academy / Orlando, Fla.
AAU Team: Team Loaded North Carolina (Adidas)
Competition: Alabama, Ole Miss, LSU, Texas, Louisville, Kentucky
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 12 (5-star)
IU OFFICIAL VISIT — To be determined
TIMELINE — To be determined
WHERE THINGS STAND: Brown told The Daily Hoosier in July he was “looking to get an official visit scheduled” with Indiana, and nothing has changed since then. The IU staff has been pushing hard for multiple years and the relationship is good. To this point he hasn’t announced finalists or a fall schedule, but IU is still firmly in the mix. A wildcard factor to monitor — Brown has had an endorsement deal with Adidas for a long time. Brown’s current school and AAU team are both Adidas-sponsored. Colleges with that brand like IU and Louisville might have a slight edge. But right now we wait for the official visit schedule.

Height: 7-0
Position: Center
School / Hometown: Bullis School (Maryland) / Germany
AAU Team: Team Museum (Puma)
Competition: UConn, Kentucky, UNC, Kansas, Creighton, Oregon
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 34 (4-star)
IU OFFICIAL VISIT — Oct. 4-6
TIMELINE — Fall / November early signing period
WHERE THINGS STAND: Indiana is one of six schools getting an official visit this fall. So that’s a very positive development. And IU has factors that are very attractive to Reibe, who says a major consideration is immediate playing time. The Hoosiers have put big men in the NBA for two straight seasons, and they currently have no centers on their 2025-26 roster. So the opportunity is compelling and wide open. While he named 11 finalists, there are probably six legitimate contenders for the native of Germany. Kentucky already landed former IU center target Malachi Moreno, and that should help in this case. But this appears to be a serious battle with the other five schools listed above.
Height: 6-9
Position: Wing/stretch-four
School / Hometown: Highland H.S. / Warrenton, Va.
AAU Team: Team Loaded Virginia (Adidas)
Competition: Duke, Michigan, Kentucky, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Kansas, North Carolina
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 7 (5-star)
IU OFFICIAL VISIT — To be determined

WHERE THINGS STAND: Of the players shown here who we’re calling Indiana’s top 2025 targets, Ament is the one who seems to be most likely to drop off the list. While Ament hasn’t confirmed anything, visit lists have been rumored and Indiana to this point hasn’t been on them. Many believe Ament won’t decide until the spring, so perhaps that long timeline suggests we shouldn’t read into things at this point. But until Ament schedules a visit to Bloomington and arrives on campus, he should probably be best viewed as a longshot.
