According to reports, Indiana is expected to have a couple class of 2025 prospects on campus Wednesday in connection with the Nebraska game.
Sophomore guard Jasper Johnson hails from Versailles, Ky. just outside of Lexington (Woodford County H.S.). He’ll be in Bloomington tomorrow according to 247Sports national reporter Travis Branham.
Johnson is a top-50 prospect in the 2025 class and a 4-star. He’s a point guard, but at 6-foot-4 and likely still growing could probably play off the ball in college as well.
Alabama, Cincinnati, Xavier and Ohio State are the main schools involved with Johnson right now, along with state schools Kentucky and Louisville.
Johnson is also a quarterback for the high school football team. His 6-foot-7 father Dennis Johnson played defensive end for the University of Kentucky and three years in the NFL.
For spring and summer basketball, Johnson plays for Team Thad on the Nike EYBL circuit.

Another sophomore from Kentucky, point guard Ty Price will also be at the Nebraska game according to Jake Weingarten of StockRisers.
Price attends Butler County H.S. in Morgantown, Ky. He averaged 17.2 points a game and hit 40 percent from three-point range on 211 attempts as a freshman.
During the spring and summer Price played for Brad Beal Elite on the Nike EYBL circuit.
The 5-foot-11 Price has recently also taken unofficial visits to Auburn and Louisville. He does not appear in the early rankings for the 2025 class.
