As Indiana shows interest in transfer portal prospects we’ll provide a quick profile with our transfer portal names to know series.
Of course we’ll cover prospects more if things progress beyond initial interest.
Next up is Yale sophomore big man Danny Wolf.
Wolf, a unanimous first team All-Ivy selection, started 31 games and led the Bulldogs in scoring (14.1 ppg.) and rebounding (9.7 rpg.).
The 7-footer from Glencoe, Ill. and Northfield Mount Hermon H.S. added 2.4 assists, 1.3 blocks, and 1.0 steals. His shooting splits were 47% from the floor, 35% from three (on 84 attempts), and 72% from the free-throw line.
Wolf was named the Most Outstanding Player of the Ivy tournament and helped lead Yale to a first round NCAA Tournament upset of Auburn.
He won a silver medal with Team Israel at the 2023 FIBA Under-20 European Championships in Heraklion, Greece. There Wolf averaged 17.7 points, which was second in the tournament, and 12.0 rebounds, which led the tournament.
Michigan has been rumored as a favorite to land Wolf since he entered the portal.
He should have two years of eligibility remaining. His sophomore season highlights are below.
