Trayce Jackson-Davis led Indiana in assists as a senior in 2022-23.
Now a pro, he’s still delivering on target dimes for the Hoosiers.
And the IU basketball social media team wasted no time capitalizing on a perfectly delivered pass from TJD.
In his second NBA appearance for the Golden State Warriors on Monday, Jackson-Davis scored 13 points and added nine rebounds and four blocks in just 19:50 of game action.
After the game during a television interview, Jackson-Davis sang the praises of IU’s Mike Woodson for preparing him for the league.
On Tuesday the IU basketball social media team went to work, creating a video not just of Jackson-Davis’ comments, but also the supporting evidence, with highlights from Monday juxtaposed with similar plays he made while a Hoosier.
Indiana blasted the video out to their accounts, including the more than 1 million followers on X (formerly Twitter).
It was a video tailor made for a recruiting prospect like 2024 big man Derik Queen.
