Indiana picked up a commitment from the JUCO ranks on Tuesday evening.
Lancaster, Texas based receiver Cameron Camper announced his pledge to IU via his Twitter page.
Hailing from Trinity Valley Community College, Camper had 28 receptions for 505 yards and three touchdowns in 2021.
According to the 247Sports Composite JUCO rankings, Camper is the No. 2 wide receiver nationally and the No. 25 overall player in the 2022 class.
The 6-foot-2 Camper originally committed to New Mexico but backed out as he began to draw more high profile attention.
Camper graduated from Trinity Valley and he will be enrolling in January at IU with three years of eligibility remaining.
In addition to IU and New Mexico, Camper had offers from Central Florida, Hawaii, Liberty, Texas State, Toledo, Alabama State, Eastern Kentucky, and Missouri State.
Camper is the first JUCO addition for the 2022 season for IU. He joins16 high school commits and six transfers as of this writing.
