The 6-foot-6 and 350 pound Holtz attends Snider High School in Fort Wayne, Ind. He was an integral part of a Snider offense that averaged 35.5 points per game.
Holtz is one of six finalists for Indiana’s Mr. Football Award, and he was named the Positional Mr. Football Award winner at offensive line, which means he was voted as the top offensive lineman in the state of Indiana.
A three star recruit according to the 247Sports Composite, Holtz is rated as the No. 158 offensive tackle in the country by that service.
Holtz becomes the 18th high school senior member of the IU 2020 scholarship recruiting class.
