Indiana solidified an already strong wide receiver group in its 2020 recruiting class on Friday night.
Indianapolis Scecina wide receiver David Baker announced via Twitter that he has verbally committed to Indiana.

According to the 247Sports Composite, Baker is a 3-star prospect and the No. 965 ranked player in the country. He is the No. 159 wide receiver nationally and the No. 6 player in the state of Indiana according to that same service.
The 6-foot-2 Baker becomes the 11th player overall for IU in the 2020 class, and the 5th from the state of Indiana.
As a junior, Baker caught 63 passes for 799 yards and 11 touchdowns. That followed a breakout sophomore season that saw him haul in 60 balls for 971 yards and 14 scores.for the Crusaders. He runs a 4.63 40 yard dash according to his Hudl profile.
Baker chose IU over Purdue, Louisville and Iowa as the other primary possible destinations.
