On paper, Stevie Scott’s freshman season was about as unlikely as they come. Originally committed to Rutgers, thought to be a linebacker, and the fifth running back on IU’s depth chart, few saw it coming.
In 2018 Scott became the 13th Hoosier (19th time) to reach 1,000 yards in a single season and finished 14th overall in program history with 1,137 yards. He set IU true freshman records in yardage, attempts (228), touchdowns (10) and 100-yard games (6).
IU prepared the following documentary on the Syracuse, N.Y. native.
