IU football head coach Tom Allen met with the media on Thursday afternoon to give final thoughts on Penn State.
Allen announced that quarterback Peyton Ramsey has been named as one of the team captains. Ramsey will be the starter for the rest of the season after Michael Penix had season ending surgery.
Indiana and Penn State kick off at noon on Saturday at University Park, Pennsylvania. The game will air on ABC.
