Will Indiana have their starting center when they travel to No. 10 Illinois Saturday?
We may not have that answer until the teams take the floor for pregame warmups in Champaign.
IU coach Mike Woodson addressed the health of Kel’el Ware on Monday evening.
“I hope he’ll be back Saturday. But I can’t promise that,” Woodson told Don Fischer on their radio show.
Woodson added Ware has not yet practiced since he missed the Wisconsin game Friday evening.
Ware sprained his right ankle after landing on a teammate’s foot during a practice before the Wisconsin game.
In his first season with Indiana, the Oregon transfer is averaging 14.2 points and 9.4 rebounds per game.
