Former IU forward Noah Vonleh took a few questions with the media as he prepares to participate in the NBA’s resumption of play later this month in Orlando.
Vonleh was dealt midseason to the Denver Nuggets, a team that currently stands third in the Western Conference standings. The Nuggets are Vonleh’s sixth team in six NBA seasons.
For the 2019-20 season, Vonleh is averaging 3.8 points and 3.7 rebounds in 11 minutes per contest.
While the 2013-14 season wasn’t a memorable year for the IU program, Vonleh certainly made his mark in Bloomington. On his way to Big Ten Freshman of the Year, Vonleh averaged 11.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game while shooting 52% from the field overall and 48.5% from distance.
