Boston Celtics rookie Romeo Langford met with the media on Friday to discuss preparations for the resumption of the NBA season. The Celtics are scheduled to play again for the first time since March when they take on Milwaukee on July 31 in Orlando.
Langford has appeared in 27 games thus far during his rookie season in Boston. The 6-foot-6 Langford is averaging 2.6 points and 1.2 rebounds per contest in 11 minutes of action. Langford is shooting 37.5 percent from the field overall including 21.7 percent from behind the three-point arc.
A one-and-done star at Indiana, Langford played 32 games for Indiana during the 2018-19 season. The five-star recruit led the Hoosiers with 16.5 points per game and added 5.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists per contest. He earned All-Big Ten second-team honors.
