When IU and Kentucky play this December, Lamar Wilkerson will be playing for one of the teams.
Which team is still to be determined.
According to multiple Monday evening reports, the Sam Houston transfer sharpshooter is down to the Hoosiers and Wildcats after cancelling visits to Auburn and Ole Miss.
The 6-foot-5 Wilkerson visited Indiana then Kentucky over the weekend. He is expected to announce a decision this week.
The Ashdown, Ark. product was one of the best shooters in college basketball this season. He ranked sixth nationally in three-pointers per game (3.41) and eighth in three-point percentage (44.5).
For his three year Division-I career, Wilkerson has scored 1,340 points (14.3 ppg). He has shot 45.3% from the field including 40.3% from three on 511 attempts (5.4 attempts per game).
