For the 2018-19 season he averaged 22.6 points, 9.4 rebounds, 2.3 blocks and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting better than 47% from three-point range.
Johnson is the younger brother of former North Carolina star Cameron Johnson and is ranked No. 102 nationally according to the 247Sports Composite.
A slew of high majors have started to watch the 6-foot-7 Johnson, who plays on the wing and can score from all levels. IU has yet to offer a scholarship.
