Indiana is getting a visit on Tuesday from North Florida 6-foot-6 sophomore wing Jasai Miles according to Joe Tipton of On3.
Miles captured Third Team All-ASUN honors for the initial All-Conference nod of his career in 2024-25.
HE started all 32 games and averaged 15.4 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists on 42.5 percent from the field and 33.5 percent from three in 31.4 minutes in 2024-25. His 15.4 points and 31.4 minutes led the team, while his 6.8 rebounds were second.
The Miami, Fla. product amassed 10 or more points in 29 of 32 games, 17 of 18 conference games, which included a 23-game streak from Nov. 29-Feb. 20. He added six games with 20 or more points, four of which were in conference action, and 30 or more points in one game.
Miles posted a career-high 30 points and 11 rebounds against Georgia Southern on Dec. 7, one of his five double-doubles this season, which marked the fourth-ever 30-point and 10-rebound performance in program history.
He improved considerably year-over-year. Miles’ points (15.4 from 5.7), rebounds (6.8 from 4.2), field-goal percentage (42.5 from 38.9), three-point field-goal percentage (33.5 from 29.9) and minutes (31.4 from 18.6) all experienced a significant improvement from his freshman to sophomore season.
“When you increase your percentages, rebounding and add almost 10 points per game all while becoming more efficient, that will raise a lot of eyebrows across the conference and nation,” UNF head coach Matthew Driscoll said in a release when Miles earned all-league honors.
“Jasai Miles has constantly and consistently done what many throughout our program have done, which is understand that work brings profit and to never confuse achievement with activity. Jasai will be the first to tell you that it takes a village to reach this level of growth, not only hours with our staff but our student managers, however because of his servant’s heart he realizes that he still has more to achieve.”
As a freshman Miles played in all 32 games, making 19 starts while averaging 5.7 points per contest.
He has two years of eligibility remaining.
Miles had a prolific high school career with 1,723 points, 778 rebounds, 225 assists, 110 steals, 67 blocks and 108 games played at Miami Country Day H.S.
