Indiana head basketball coach Archie Miller is determined to get a primary ball handler in the class of 2020.
For more than a year the top target in that regard has been St. Louis area product Caleb Love. Continuing that pursuit, Miller visited Love in-home on Tuesday.
Love attends Christian Brothers in St. Louis and he led his team to the state finals as a junior. He is ranked as the No. 32 player in the country in the 2020 class according to the 247Sports Composite and the No. 5 point guard.
At 6-foot-3, Love is a big point guard with a complete game. He can beat his man off the dribble, score at all levels and he is a strong defender.
With his profile continuing to rise, Love has been garnering attention recently from the top programs including Duke and others.
Below you can watch video of Love from this past weekend during the Nike EYBL AAU sessions in Atlanta. Through four EYBL games Love is averaging 19.5 points per game on 52.9% shooting from the field overall and 50% from long range. He has added 5 assists and 3.5 rebounds per contest.
