Pregame warmups are going to be must watch when Indiana prepares to face Auburn in Atlanta.
The Hoosiers listed five players as questionable on their Big Ten mandated availability report for the game, including three starters and their two leading scorers.
Both Kel’el Ware and Malik Reneau were listed as questionable by IU, along with Xavier Johnson, C.J. Gunn and Anthony Walker.
As has been the case all season thus far, freshman guard Jakai Newton was listed as out.
Most of the issues seem to have occurred since IU’s 78-75 win at Michigan on Tuesday evening.
Neither Ware nor Reneau appeared to suffer injuries during the Michigan game. Reneau has been dealing with a back issue and is wearing a brace under his uniform.
Johnson has not played or even dressed since the first half of the Harvard game when he suffered a lower leg injury. He’s been listed as questionable each game since.
Gunn revealed after the Michigan game he was dealing with an illness earlier in the week, but he appeared fine otherwise and played well in that contest.
Walker did not appear to suffer an injury against Michigan.
Indiana and Auburn tip at the State Farm Arena at 2 p.m. ET (ESPN2).
