It is a moment that countless children have imagined at home in their driveways.
Wearing the candy-striped pants, playing at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall, and making game winning shots.
One of those young boys was new IU basketball commit Anthony Leal in 2014.
In the video below that was prepared in connection with a middle school project, Leal and friends re-enact “This is Indiana” as they imitate their favorite Hoosiers.
Also in the video is Leal’s teammate and current Bloomington South point guard Noah Jager.
Jager is the younger brother of former IU walk-on Johnny Jager. He is committed to play basketball at West Point next year.
Leal is wearing a No. 12 IU jersey and candy-striped pants throughout most of the video.
