Indiana freshman guard Trey Galloway met with the media on Tuesday to discuss his early season play and the team’s 0-2 start in Big Ten action.
Galloway earned his first career start on Saturday at Illinois. He is currently third in the Big Ten in minutes per game among freshmen.
The 6-foot-4 Galloway is averaging 5 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.9 assists and .8 steals in 22.8 minutes per contest. He is shooting 56 percent from the field overall including 30.8 percent from three-point range.
Indiana (5-4) hosts Penn State on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. ET at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Ind.
