Marian Athletic Director Steve Downing introduced new Marian head basketball coach Pat Knight on Friday afternoon in Indianapolis.
Downing and Knight were together at Indiana and Texas Tech when Bob Knight was head coach at both schools.
Both Downing and Pat Knight played at Indiana.
Pat Knight is the 10th head coach in the history of the Marian program. He is returning to coaching for the first time in 10 years. He was most recently a scout for the Indiana Pacers.
