It was a busy weekend for AAU basketball in the state of Indiana.
With major tournaments in both Fort Wayne and the north side of Indianapolis, many of the region’s top programs were in action including the Indy Heat and Indiana Elite.
The Daily Hoosier was in Fort Wayne and caught up with a pair of intriguing Indianapolis based class of 2022 point guards.
Leland Walker (North Central) and Tayshawn Comer (Cathedral) advanced to the final of the Ballin’ Under One Roof U16 Tournament in Fort Wayne with Team Teague and Indy Heat, respectively.
Good friends off the court, Walker and Comer battled hard as Indy Heat took home the U16 crown. You can take a brief look at that matchup below.
